The Toowoomba Regional Council is reviewing the region’s future housing needs and is asking residents for help.
Councillor Tim McMahon said the council recognised that as the region’s population grew, more housing and different types of housing would be needed.

Today, Tuesday, 14 November, Grand Central Shopping Centre, in partnership with Toowoomba Regional Council, is hosting its annual CBD Tree Lighting event, inviting the community to come together to celebrate the holiday season.
The festivities begin with market stalls in Central Square at 4 pm, followed by live entertainment from 5 pm on the community stage.
